We contacted the transporter[protected] through Justdial, and they provided an alternative number for booking from Tirupur to Nashik (Virendra Singh:[protected]. The person shared all the transport documents, and we proceeded to make a total payment of Rs. 10, 120. However, they informed us that the software is not generating the LR copy because the payment was made twice. They assured us that they would reverse the NEFT, but we have not received it for two days. When we contacted them for an update, we did not receive a satisfactory response.
