Dear sir,
Please refer my below mail & also various telecon of which one was on 27th nov'2019 around 12:45 pm to 13:12 pm, ref no:- adi1012735.
I am yet to receive the pay back of rs 2999/- against the gym shoe which i had returned around 19th nov'2019 and was collected by same person who collected the 2nd return packet of order[protected]. Which comprised of 2 t-shirts.
Let me know the the status.
Await your reply. As i want refund of my hard earned money at teh earliest.

I had returned the gym-shoe with same pick-up person who had collected the 2nd return parcel of order[protected]. Which comprised of 2 t-shirts in it.
Now, i have received payment pack for two t-shirts surprisingly in 2 separate payments (Rs 899/- each) where as pay back of shoe rs 2999/- is not received.
I spoke to your customer service on 27th nov'2019 around 12:45 pm to 13:12 pm, ref no:- adi1012735.
Please ack. Receipt of this mail & let me know as to when i am expected to get that pay-back.
