I placed an order which was delivered on 5 Th November, since it turned out to be smaller size, I returned it . this was a cash on delivery order. The return Product reached the warehouse and passed quality checks on November 14 th. The adidas team said it’ll take upto 14 days to process my refund . I waited patiently for all these days, its days over 14 . And I don’t get an answer from the customer care because all they say is to wait, they don’t give me a reason so as to why the refund is delayed .And I am sure I won’t get any Refund cause, nobody is working on it .
