the face of adidas you should properly respond to the consumers instead i get replies in a very long span as your job is to assist the customers moreover you are asking me to disregard the words of your very own customer executives which is a very wrong thing because even today i did contacted your executive and he was so helpful and told me that there is a glitch from your side which is none of my concern i think i have to make a complaint of this issue to the government of india if no action is taken also i sent a written grievance letter to your registered office and your corporate office (Mr.savio dsouza)try to conclude a proper resolution as i lost my precious time just to address the issue to your executives and gone through mental health problem due to loosing 2974 rupees and moreover no proper responses were been stated from your side as highlighted from your website that my complaints will be taken care in 24-48 hrs which still not been taken action and as you know my order id is AIN01107745
You have left me no option rather leading this issue in terms of legal action so make sure you respond to this mail and attached each and every attachments to this mail thread
