I had returned adidas products on 5th of feb and the refund process for the same was initiated on 9th of feb. But i haven't yet received the refund of amount rs. 1548 in my account. However, after raising concerns to adidas india, they provided me with the payu id - [protected] and transaction id - [protected]. Please trry to solve my concern as soon as possible.

Your transaction ID [protected] has been refunded via bank reference number [protected] from our end. Banks generally take 7-10 working days (Excluding Sat, Sun & bank holiday) to refund the amount. Please contact them for further assistance in this regards.
