Complaint against Adiguru Travel India Private Limited – International Ticket Fraud
I wish to lodge a complaint against M/s Adiguru Travel India Private Limited, whose corporate office is located at SF-29, Ansal Fortune Arcade, K-Block, Sector-18, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201301, and registered office at E-14/A, Ground Floor, Sanjay Colony, Bhati Mines, Delhi – 110074. The company is operated by Mr. Dheeraj (alias Kaushal Kumar Rai) and Mr. Rajender Rajput, using contact numbers [protected], [protected], [protected], and [protected].
The company advertised cheap international flight tickets and induced me to make payment for booking. Based on their representations, I paid ₹1, 65, 000 for international flight tickets. However, after receiving the payment, the tickets issued appeared invalid. When I requested clarification and refund, the company representatives stopped responding and their phone numbers were switched off.
Due to this incident, I have suffered financial loss and mental harassment. I have already filed an FIR with Dehradun Police and lodged a complaint on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal.
During further verification, I also found that the listed office addresses appear misleading, the director contact details seem unreliable, and the company website is non-functional. I also came across similar complaints from other travellers online.
I request that appropriate action be taken and that the company be directed to refund the amount of ₹1, 65, 000 along with compensation for the loss and harassment caused.
