Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service provided for my vehicle at your HRBR branch Kalyananagr Bangalore service centre.
Yesterday i have given for service and today i was informed to collect at 10 AM, However, till 12:15 AM vehicle was not ready. I left all works and waited too ling time and I paid a total amount of ₹10, 179 for basic service and replacement of various parts. Despite being charged a significant amount, the quality of service provided was highly disappointing.
My concerns are as follows:
The service process took an excessively long time.
The charges appear to be abnormally high compared to the quality of service delivered.
Basic interior cleaning was not carried out properly.
The dashboard settings were not checked or restored after servicing.
Number plate bent was not attended
I have doubts whether wheel alignment and other related checks were actually performed as claimed.
Overall customer service and attention to detail were unsatisfactory.
As a customer, I expect professional service and proper completion of all tasks included in the service package. Unfortunately, my experience at the HRBR branch Kalyananagr Bangalore did not meet these expectations.
I request that this matter be investigated and that a detailed explanation be provided regarding the charges and the services performed. I also request appropriate corrective action to ensure better service quality for customers in the future.
I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this grievance.
