I have requested Adity Birla for foreclosure letter but did not received yet. First mail I have sent to them dated 29th December, 2025 and also I have shared all documents/information as requested but no response from them yet.
Also as per agreement foreclosure charge was 4% of principal outstanding but they are charging 5% now without prior permission then what was the mean of execution of agreement.
