Aditya Birla Capital Ltd — Loan account showing in my cibil report on my name which I have not taken

The Loan Account No.LXN-C[protected] amounting Rs 80000 which is currently active and also EMI is being paid.
As per my cibil report the above loan was disbursed on 26.09.2024.
My question is on which document basis it was sanctioned and in which account it was disbursed.
Its my request to take n/action in this matter at the earliest and remove this from my cibil report.
