I want to make a fraud making complaint of a person named as Mr Rakesh Malhotra (Mobile Protected), who says he belongs to Birla Capital and can provide loan on behalf of one Life Insurance Policy as a guarantee. Because of this I bought a policy from Bharti AXA. Now after all the process has been done, that person is not picking my call even I got the loan credit date of 3 Jan 2016, then 5 Jan 2016, then 15 Jan 2016. I tried to contact Birla Capital people but they didn't respond me properly. I can provide the policy details if required.
