Dear sir,
We have written several letters to aditya birla housing finance ltd asking to refund the processing fee of rs. 11, 200/- and entire set documents for which they have collected for housing loan and lrd (Lease rental discounting) on the firm understanding that the fee will be given back to us along with our entire set of doc’s if the loan terms are not as per original discussions.
Till now they have not responded to our letters inspite of giving reminders. I hereby request you to kindly take the necessary action and make them refund the processing fee along with our set of documents as early as possible. I will be very grateful.
