My Paytm account is blocked, The operator from Aditya Birla finance called me to pay the Paytm postpaid service due financed by Aditya Birla finance limited, i have paid the all the due amount using the link share by the operator, But they are still showing some of amount is pending and they will not update my payment on to cibil, so my credit score gets affected, please do the needful steps to close my paytm postpaid loan and get updated my cibil with no due.
