Dear sir/madam,
This is to inform you an amount of 55000 has been deduced from my account on 30th january by aditya birla health insurance.
The account is in my name sinjini gupta and sachindranath sengupta.
I am out of the country since january. I dont have any documents against the amount deducted nor did i sign any papers for any health insurance.

i havent recieved my health check up report and no body is bothered to support on the same .. i am the first time dealing with aditya birla and experience is not that good .. I am afraid what if this type of services we get at the time of claims... no words and not happy :-(
