Hi. I’ve taken a policy with Adithya Birla for my mother for a sum of ₹14, 026. Post completing the payment I didn’t get any policy number or details or username credentials. My money is not credited back after it got debited. I lost 14k taking policy without any details. I have the proof of payment and bank statement for the payment done from my side. Whenever I call or try to connect to customer care, I don’t get enough answer or information regarding my concern. They only schedule a call with a ticket number and nobody calls back to check the issue. My mobile number or mail ID isn’t linked or no account / user is found when I give my details.
