Aditya Birla Sunlife Insurance — complaint regarding birla sunlife advisor and company-ulip policy cheating

Dear sir/madam,

One of birla sunlife insurance advisor, mr. Nikesh suresh ruparel, advisor code: at9655, contact number: [protected], has cheated us with false claims of the ulip policy, saral health plan (Product unique identification number). The policy was issued on the date 31/05/2012.

My daughter took summer internship from lala lajpatrai institute of management under mr. Nikesh and they were compelled to sell or either buy the policy, else they would not issue certificates to the students.

I bought the policy through my daughter from mr. Nikesh ruparel, where the concerned person promised refund of the whole amount invested after 5 years of investment. He also asked us to stop payment after 3 years of investment, which we did.

After completion of 5 years, when we contacted mr. Nikesh, in first some attempts he did not answer calls and messages, and after repeated calls and messages he finally asked me to give the full name of the policy holder so that he can put the same on the bill.

This was the last that he answered our message (Never answered calls) and after that he has switched off his mobile phone.

When contacting the customer service of your company, they answer rudely and tell us that there is no such policy with them.

I have the policy document with me (Attaching some pics for proof).

I need my hard earned money back as promised as soon as possible. I have found that ulip policies do provide the invested amount back to the investor, although birla sunlife insurance company policy details do not mention them.

And this is what mr. Nikesh had told us that the company doesn't mention this in its policy but he will be solely responsible for our invested amount.

He is nowhere to be seen now.

After going through 4 steps of the company's complaint rules, there has been no response from the company too.

Please intervene and help.

True Story
The bills are supposed to be given by the customer and not the advisor..however i have personal messaged you my contact no for any help...
