Aditya Cable Services — Distrubances & Abusing language used by Cable Personnel came at home with ladies

Today evening your personnels has visited our house i.e. at B 14/15 Guru Ganesh Nagar Phase II, Nr. Shantiban Hsg. Soc., Kothrud Pune - 29. several times out of that one person came in evening time and check the box which is kept by your office at our Sajja. Mr Santosh your representative in a roud language told to my mother that due to rain cable is not working. Second thing he was telling us that we are getting free cable and why you are complaining about non working of cable. He had used very rough and abusing language to my mother. It is really insulting and distrubing our privacy also. This is not at all tolerable and hence requesting to immediately remove your box from our house and disconnect the cable connection immediately. Also note that no body is picking up your office number and not listening the complaint. It is very sad on customer part, i have used your cable since last 12 years.
