Aditya Vision — 1.5 ton voltas ac servicing

I have been following up with them from last four days for the servicing of ac which was bought from aaditya vision but because of their lethargic and unprofessional attitude it has yet not been done. And i kept on following them they started misbehaving with us. On further enquiry with the brand i came to know that my mobile number has been registered on some others name along with different address and that is their play. But they never accepted their mistakes and neither agreed for that they delayed forwarding the request for servicing.
