I had booked 1 bhk flat in urban homes, ghaziabad and paid 45% of payment. I want to cancel my flat as builder is not building the booked tower. Builder is not returning my money past 6 months and always giving excuses

It seems they are frauds, cheaters and will not return my money easily. I am menatlly very much disturbed by these cheaters

Need your suggestion on same.
