Adlabs Imagicaa, Khopoli — Didn't get 1,061 rupees refund for 1 cancelled ticket

My name is Snehal Ghodke. I had booked 3 Imagica tickets worth rupees 4, 244 on 20th October, 2021.

Due to some emergency one of my friend couldn't come so, I cancelled 1 ticket at Imagica ticket counter. The imagica representative informed me that I will get 75% refund of the cancelled ticket within 7-8 days.

The original amount for cancelled ticket is rupees 1, 414 and after 25% deduction, its 1, 061. Here I didn't even understand why imagica charged me 25% charges.

Now it's more than a month but I didn't get any refund. There is no friendly way to contact them. I had mailed them multiple times but didn't get any response.

I just want my refund without any further trouble.
