Adlakha Enterprises, Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi — samsung refrigerator repairing with spare parts

Adlakha enterprise came to our residence and said our refrigerator had cooling problem and cost us rs-7860 and after 3 months same problem came and now he is refusing to attend us.

I think, these people r cheats . My Hitachi refrigerator had leakage of water which was so called rectified by MR vikas from adlakha enterprises on 7 th January 2020 and I made a payment of RS 8000 . But the same problem leakage of water was noted the very next day . Besides my repeated calls and what’s up messages, there is no response . They Donot pick up the phone . Really pathetic

Adlakha enterprises is a fraud company.
Firstly when i called for repair they sent their technician immediately. And changed the part for Rs7500, because refrigerator was not cooling. Within 3 days the part has stopped cooling. I have been trying to contact them the technician is making a fool out o[censored]s by saying i am coming but he is not responding. Vikram singh was the person who came to change the part. He’s a fraud he has stopped picking up the phone and he has installed an old part in our refrigerator

Got cheated by same person Mr Bhupender Adlakha (Mobile - [protected]). Paid advance of Rs. 3445/- to him for replacement of some plastic parts of whirlpool fridge. but he never comes back nor he is returning the money.

Please be aware of Bhupender Adhlakha (his mobile no -[protected]) is associated with more than 3 electronic service centres with different names of electronic repair service centre which are located in Balabgarh, Delhi and Gurgaon.

All these service centres are registered on Just dial.

Bhupender Adhlakha used to say in his first conversation that he is having the authorised service centre of Whirlpool.

Bhupender Adhlakha take advance payment for new spare parts even without checking the product and once he got the advance payment then Bhupender Adhlakha refused to repair at the agreed price and didn't respond easily. I have all the chat records, I am trying to extract telephonic conversation also.

If we (being a customer) refused to pay the extra amount then he start making pressure on the customer and if we ask him to refund the advance amount then he will not return the advance amount and start using foul language and threatening customers.

Bhupender Adhlakha is a fraud person[protected], later on, I realised that I am not the only victim, multiple customers had faced a similar problems.
