Admission — Patna region not giving me admission even after I have TC

Hi,
I have taken my daughter admission in KV Santragachi in class 1. Due to covid, i have lost job and now shifted to Patna. I have taken TC of my daughter from KV Santragachi.

But when i talked with AC and DC of KVS RO Patna region they are saying they won't give any admission. Why you took TC.

They are saying NO seats are available in any school but as per the school website seats are available in all school. They are just misleading

They are saying they have sent letter to delhi to shri Binod Kr Behera ji, but when i talked to him he is saying he didn't received any letter.

I need help. Will my daughter get admission or NOT.
