Not working EV scooter delivered

I have booked the scooter from Flipkart and got it delivered on 18th Feb 2025 from Ather Kollam showroom. Ather 450 X Apex 2025
Day of Delivery: I haven't received so far the Halo helmet promised with the scooter. Meter reading was 10km when it was delivered.
Day1: Have not done any quality check on the delivery. First day I had to call Road Side Assistance as there was a huge noise from the belt and got to know that few screw...

I got Course Certificate, but still they are not giving my domain name only.
