I had gone to their office in Kolkata in May 2018 and had taken primier services package. But they could not give me one opening till today and have also disabled my account. They do not pick up phones nor they reply emails. They are absolutely useless and fraudsters. Today also I called Mr. KAMAL in Kolkata office and again the same reply please call after two days and we will see to it. But it seems that the owner Mr. SARKAR is only interested in how many persons have joined instead of providing services.

Hearing from a reliable source I visited ADS HR Consultancy, Kolkata (Sundaram Building, Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road) on August 7, 2018 to talk to someone as I was looking for job during that time. The person who I spoke with took all my details and produced a registration slip and charged me Rs 4000/. The slip is attached for you all to see.

I was told that there will be a portal and I will have to log in with my phone no. and there will be a job section where jobs will be recommended to me. from there I need to apply and go for interviews.

Initially no jobs where coming to my portal. After repeated phone calls they activated the portal for me. I found that instead of HR (which is my profile) I was sent engineering and sales/ marketing jobs only and that too only 7 leads where given which were of no use for me. I called up ADS constantly for months and complained about this problem. But everytime I was said that they are looking after the matter and soon the issue will be solved. Seeing no result I went to their office and there I met Mr. Shakti Rajak who I complained about the terrible service that I was getting till then from ADS HR Consultancy. He promised me that there wont be any inconvenience any more. He couldn’t fix the portal. Instead he sent me a lead of a company that was recruiting in HR position. Company name – GSB Research Company Pvt. Ltd. I called them up and came to know that position offers a package of Rs. 22, 000/ monthly, where as my current package is Rs. 50, 000/. Next, her asked me to go for an interview in Star line Group on Dec 13, 2018. I went there and came to know that the concerned person is unavailable and no interview is going on.

So this is the kind of Service ADS HR Consultancy gives.

Today after almost a year I find that more jobs have been posted on my portal with back date. Those jobs were not there till January 2019 when I last checked the portal. What a system you have and how much you harass people who go to you with a hope to get some leads for jobs. None of the jobs match my profile that has been posted after so many months and no one has ever called me from your behalf asking me to go for an interview. No one even bothered to resolve the issue that I was having with the portal.
This Shakti Rajak also resigned from the company and refused to respond to my calls.

Now when I google search this company I find reviews which are similar and even worse than my experience with your company. How I wish I had reviewed and surveyed about your company before registering there.

Anyway,
Since no service was ever provided to me since August 7, 2019, I want the Rs 4000/ that was taken from me in the name of registration to be refunded back to me at the earliest. I will post this on my social networking pages so that more people come to know about this company and their service.

I want the registration fees of Rs 4000/ refunded at the earliest.

It is a fraud company. They have called for urgent vacancy, taken rs. 17000 from me for arranging interview but never arranged. Even they did not entertain any communication further. I am in the process of recovering money with the help of park street police. Two times their cheque got bounce. Recovered rs. 13000. Even they did not receive my letter posted through registered a. D.

It’s been 2 months I have registered with ADS HR CONSULTANCY. I have submitted my resume and informed about my profile also at the time of resigtration but post restoration all low grade jobs which are not matching my profile and my experience.

Kindly look into the same, I have repeatedly complained but they are not taking any action .
Repeated cals have been done but no one responding to cals.

This is sanjay prasad, i visited your corporate office in kolkata on[protected] regarding job purpose and met hr, moumita banerjee. Somehow she convinced me and i paid rs.4000/- for one year enrollment from my credit card.

Since then no communication from her side or from ads, i called so many times but not reachable someone else picked few times and said she was busy all the time. I sent so many whats app messages no reply then on[protected] reply came said my member login will create tomorrow not yet done.

On[protected] i text for refund of my money, then mr. Gopal called me and told me to come to office on 02 april 2018 to collect the dd. I was busy on 02nd april so i called him he was agreed to transferred money in my bank account and given his whats app no to send him my bank details i did the same. He said it will be transferred on 5th then 6th april then 9th april. From 10th april i called him around sixty time in his mobile and in whats app call also he is not picking phone not replying my whats app reply as well.

Please help me get my money back asap as i troubled a lot mentally as well from ads..

This is a completely fake consultancy who lures job seekers by collecting their details from other similar sites and sending e-mail for registration. It makes tall promises at the time of registration but never ever picks up the phone at the office when you need them. They also tell lies blatantly and arrange fake interviews with non-existent employers.
Beware of them and advise all not to register with them.

Hi guys actually, i think, they are running a sex racket, when i got mail i went to kolkata on 10th november 2017 and met a girl named soumita das then i was told that we provide paid service worth rs.2000 and we will arrange a lot of interview calls but when i paid that amount they started pretext day by day. They did't conduct a single interview till now.
Then i used my marketing skills, n realized them that it was my mistake b'coz i paid money and i told plz keep taking n 1 day mr. Suman has ranged me that he will conduct an interview for me but that was also totally fake and fraud. My request to all the job seeker that no body should believe in this organisation. It is 200% fake and fraud.

I was assured by Ms.Moumita Mukherjee, sr manager HR of ADS HR consultancy, New Park street, opposite-Madhya siksha Board, 46F Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road, 6th floor, sundaram building, kol, ( Ph-[protected], [protected]) that My interview would be arranged on 30th oct with Emami Ltd.but nothing has been arranged till now even I have been harassed by sending me to Nirva Hiegene, ullubaria micro interrior of Howrah. no any prior appointment were fixed with interviewer and I had to return back blankly. no one picking up phone in ADS HR. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Payment have been made for Rs. 4600/ through SBI credit Card on 28th Oct 2017 and taken attached receipt from them.

This is a fake consultancy which promised one to deliver proper opening as per candidates job profile, but after taking the registration fee of Rs 2100/-, which is way high compared to any consultancy in Kolkata. They will stop taking up calls, arrange fake interviews, not response. The jobs updated on there portals do not exist in actual and are fake ones. In Most of the companies ADS consultancy has been blacklisted and candidates going through them for interviews are not entertained and insulted .
Please beware of two people available there who would be there for consultation. One would be Miss/ Mrs Soumita & Mr Suman.. They are the ones incharged of fake registration of candidates.
People reading this for review.. please please please never go to ads consultancy for any job purpose neither send any of your friends or refrences there.. There office is at 46F Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road, 5th Floor, Kolkata - 700016.

I had registered with this company on 29.11.2016.They promised me to give jobs and all.but after the registration their is no response from that side.Even they are not picking up my call.they also put my mobile no in black list.I had mailed them several times for my complain, but their is no response from that side.They all are cheating the candidates only.

I feel disappointed to read negative comments about this particular consultancy as I am extremely happy with their services. I was given a relationship manager who understood my profile correctly and placed me in perfect organizations and currently I am working with Gayatri Projects Ltd as Chief Consultant - Mining . I have even recommended my friends and colleagues if they need any assistance in the work front, ADS is the right choice.br...

Have read much about the complaints in this forum but i beg to differ on most of these complaints as i am one of their satisfied custometer. I am working as gm-hr in style bazar retail i pvt ltdwith great remuneration as promised by ads hr consutancy.
I was assisted by mr suman sarkar all throughout and he never failed to satisfy my needs.
Here's wishing ads all the very best and i hope in future ill be assisted by them yet again.

ADS has taken Rs 10000/from me and till date they have not arranged interview.
it is totally fraud.

everyday they cook up new stories and avoid. they have sent in 02 or 03 companies but when i have gone there the company person does not know about my interview.

I have 23 years experience in engineering and ADS consultancy is playing with me.

they sometimes abuse me over phone.

I am repeatedly complaining to naukri jobs thru which I have got the address but they are not also taking actions.

kindly take action against this fake job consultancy so and recover our hard pressed money which we have paid

My name is supratim basu. I have registered to this job consultancy on 18.05.2016 with Rs 7273/. I hv got the name of this consultancy thru Naukri. com-job portal.
then they hv taken further Rs3000/ for better services.

till date I hv not got any proper interview call. when ever I called them they abuse me over phone their director Mr Arghya Sarkar does not pick up the call. i go time to time to their office but they avoided.

after I hv shouted in their office they hv sent me to 02 companies, but the companies are unaware about my interview. even they dont know them.

I am a poor guy and this type of consultant is taking advantage o[censored]s.

I hv borrowed money and pay them.

even their website is not working.

I registers for ads consultancy for 2290 R's for 6 months membership they promise me to provide interview for operation executive pharmacist for interview calls but they not even arrange one interview calls for interview and Pubali Mam hrd manager i request everybody to not registers to them i don't refund money but i pray to god to give proper justice to ours thanks ABHIJIT banerjee

I have deposited Rs.3500 in the name of ADS consultancy kolkata, then i have tried calling them many times but there was no response, hence i planned of visiting there office in kolkata according to there address mentioned in mails recieved from them but after reaching lords building i didnt find any room bearing number 512.sir please help me so that i can get refund of my money and penalty for harashment that i have faced.

Technical fault arises from your side from 15 sep. And I was not reponsible for if you have not checked your mail or not.

I have talk to your executive on 25 sep 2015 regarding refund process followed by your office guidance.

I have already inform Mr Suman, Ankit, HR Mounita Mukherjee and executive and Mr K Sarkar the reason for asking refund. I have already waiting from 25 sep 2015.
I expect your legal deptment could reply as soon as possible regarding refund.

The total systems including communication from your side were totally damaged.

This is the very Big fraud ever co. siting on the chest of KOLKATA and chiting several people on the name of Job. They Give mail to the candidate - stating that your Clint interview is there on so on date hence you registered by paying amount Rs 3370/= after registration, they never receive our cal neither they give any information since registers,
Earlier there was a page at there site for receiving complain, there I saw so many candidates has been chit ted by them, and still continuing.
My request is that .- please stop this kind of service poivider Co.and save poor and needy people
