I have given Rs 800 on 8th Jan 2013 to ADS HR consultant which is in 7/1 Lord sinha road, 2nd floor, kolkata, pin - 700071. Given the money to a lady representative on 8th Jan 13. Lady took my money and said we will provide you 2 interview calls relevent to your profile every month. I clearly said i am looking for a job in retail as a store manager, however they have not yet sent me the jobs matching my profile. They have said you have to log in to our website and can see the interview details there. But I am unable to find the job matching my profile. They are sending the jobs which is unrelevent to my profile. And also Nobody is even bothering to pick my calls. Lady who took my money given me the number of Mr Gupta from the same company and said he was not present when you paid the money. I got the number from the lady to contact Gupta Every day i trying to contact them but they are not responding to my call. This is absolutely a crime taking the money and not doing what was expected from their side. I need my money to be refunded as soon as possible, And interestingly, these guys are sending mails to my email id that they have the openings for the post of store manager but when you reach the office they ask you to give money. And after depositing the money, they dont even try to answer your call. I am jobless for last 4 months, so i want to claim the money as soon as possible with lot of penalty. this company is no. 1 fraud company, one girl was sitting in Bangalore office with lipstick and make up for doing fraud collecting money from employees. i paid 3500/- but they are not sending job. if they are sending the job that will be suitable for office boy and location in kolkata. if i called this frauds people they r telling simply wrong number.

Dear Sir/Madam

This is Sanjay Prasad, I visited your corporate office in Kolkata on[protected] regarding job purpose and met HR, Moumita Banerjee. Somehow she convinced me and I paid Rs.4000/- for one year enrollment from my credit card.

Since then no communication from her side or from ADS, I called so many times but not reachable someone else picked few times and said she was busy all the time. I sent so many whats app messages no reply then on[protected] reply came said my member login will create tomorrow not yet done.

On[protected] I text for refund of my money, then Mr.Gopal called me and told me to come to office on 02 April 2018 to collect the DD. I was busy on 02nd april so I called him he was agreed to transferred money in my bank account and given his whats app no to send him my bank details i did the same. He said it will be transferred on 5th then 6th april then 9th April. From 10th april i called him around sixty time in his mobile and in whats app call also he is not picking phone not replying my whats app reply as well.

Please help me get my money back ASAP as I troubled a lot mentally as well from ADS..

You are the fraud system. Because I have visited in your office at kolkata Apeejay house 15 park street Block-B, 8th floor on dated 18-feb-2012. & charging Rs.500/- for registration. Mr s. Gupta told me giving rs500/- & message your & call U latter but no response is their right now. I have fill-up their formalities & giving Rs.500/- Now i go to complain with RTI.

As per records Arghya Sarkar of Ads HR consultancy has since 4 years or so come in full fledged business of cheating. He procures electronic materials from dealers on cheque / credit. His cheque bounces and he does not repay. Several dealers have complained about him. He sells the materials illegaly and raises money to meet his ends.

Some people have been successful getting part of their payments after deep thrashing him. Some agencies are probing him. There will be more material against him with evidence on internet.

Yes ADS is indeed a fraud organization. I got a mail weeks ago and registered myself with Rs. 300/-. They assured that they would arrange interview within 48 Hrs of registration but they could not. On the other hand, the lady who boast herself as Sr. HR Manager namely (Poornima Mitra) mobile No. being [protected] never reply a phone call. The office No. given on her visiting card[protected] is fixed with a custom made answer "The Number is Busy please try again later". Most funny thing is that the number is busy in the midnight also. Police must take strong step agains these criminals and punish them as per law.

Till date, I have not yet received a single interview call from there end in spite to calling & begging several times at specified ADS mobile's / land number's & toll free numbers. They even don't bother to reply my email as well. They simply play game with me. Sometime telling me to call at 10am & then next day at 2pm as so on. Playing with human sentiments is a serious crime & therefore I am prepared to take legal steps against the malfunctions they are operating day after day. I request you all too kindly see the matter as very urgent & take firm step against this corruption. They simply operating fraudulent activities day after by showing their ultra modern office setups at Park Street, Apeejay House & at Salt Lake Infinity Benchmark building. It is very urgent to take firm action against them with the earliest.

Its true that ADS is a fake consultancy.Their business is only to collect consultancy charges and they will not give anything in return.Even they will not receive your call or they will disconnect.
So guys do not become the next victim and share this message with your friends also.

I am Avijit Manna.I registered their office january.Their HRD Manager Miss. Purnima Mitra taken 500/-rupees and promise me to give 5 to 6 call per month.Ekhono Porjonto ekta interview call o asani.

ADS consultancy is the worst consultancy around in Kolkata... Don't waste your money and time. Forget about giving interview calls, they should first learn some manners.. Behaviour of the management including the security guard is just not acceptable.So, guys just ignore their calls and mails..

I am purna chandra mondal I have registered on dated 08.08.2012 their office. Their Miss swapna taken Rs.1500 and promise me to give 4 calls per month. But till now did not get any call. Also i have called their sent message contact nos like [protected]/52, 64560196 & others are totally switch off. Their no rules for registration amount due to i have read some complain person registration amount. Their taken Rs. 300, 500, 800 for registration.
I have also read some complain there is mentioned ADS consultancy is cheat consultancy. Is it right?

I have no idea what ADS Consultancy has done till now, neither have I even gone for any interview/registration process over there till now.
Today I just got a mail from their side requesting me to visit their office .
Now its not the point that I'm going to focus on .
The thing is, they might have taken money from you after promising that you will get a certain amount of job offers every week/month . But the thing is that, there ain't any consultancy firm that can provide irrelevant jobs to the candidates .
For example you have profile of a fresher and you are looking for a job package of around 2-3lacs per year . Now even though there are certain jobs of this type, you should understand that those jobs are not very frequent .
Again take the example of a candidate having 2-3 years of experience as BPO/Telemarketing etc jobs and is currently looking for a job in managerial then that's not possible also ..
A person should at first understand that what is actually their profile and in what stream they are looking for and more obviously what is the actual requirement for the job .
A person having a poor communication skill and a high tension + union oriented nature will definitely be denied job in most of the firms. And if you are so procured in criticizing others and look for others fault think it in this way where do you actually stand ..
Now as a Hr, I'd like to know, ADS COnsultancy was not able to provide ou with proper jobs, fine, but tell us in that time span, what other openings have you actually received from other ends ..
If you have your profile in any job portals (naukri, firstnaukri, monster, timesjob, shine, efrop, naukrisandhan etc) and have not received any call then that is the fault of the candidate as they were not able to design their resume properly, or they were not able to fill up the forms properly .
See, its very easy to blame others, specially when you are paying them money, but before paying them the money, how many of you actually asked that what will be your suitable jobs/the client database of the consultancy.
I can assure you, that if you have a profile in any of the above mentioned job portals, and if you actually deserve to get a job (that is if your resume is worth the time of a HR) then there will be more than enough consultants to call you up every single day .
My suggestion to everyone is to at-first make a proper resume because frankly speaking a HR Manager is least concerned about your percentage of marks in your board exams or you extra curricular activities like dancing or singing or playing cricket as they won't be hiring you for any of those qualifications. He is going to go through you resume only once and he/she is going to spend not more 2 minutes on a resume . Now if you can't impress him within that time, then its best for you to start looking for jobs in other company as he won't be taking you .

ADS has Engineering vacancy with ONE and only ONE company named "KAILASH CABLE N/W PRIVATE LIMITED".

Everyone is correct. ADS is a fully fake and fraud consultancy. they frequently change their office so that the candidates who have paid money can not find them Earlier their office was near la-martine school and now their office is in lord sinha road. Friends changing of a co. place is not a big issue. it only needs an application and minimum fees in ROC.Have you seen any begger on the street which starts abusing when you don't pay money to him.This consultancy will start abusing you in their office if you do not pay money to them.The director is totally illiterate and rural person and somehow he has skilled manners of begging money. they will give an fake email like this " 1st round interview" and will never mention the money demand. They will never pick up your call after mail so that you become bound to reach their office where they will start telling you their well organised fraud schemes of money demand. The fool & insane director may use slang language also. Friends if you donot want to insult yourself then dont approach to this begger. Only those consultancy are genuine which donot demand money from candidates. those consultancies who demand money is nothing but a standardised form of begging.

ADS is a fraud consultancy . It is a begger who demands money by making fake mails. It never mentions in their mail that it needs money for its daily livelihood. Its fake mail contains the following words " FIRST ROUND INTERVIEW" and lots of detail for impressing a candidate.It may insult you in its office if you say any negative words against it. The goon director is an illiterate and rural person may start abusing you any time if you do not pay him.It changes its office very frequently so that people who are aggrieved can not find them. They never respond to the given phone no. to give you any detail. It is a art of begging in standardized form. I have talked with 100 consultants and found that only those are genuine who do not take a single penny from the candidate and never calls in their office.My friend is also a job consultant and he clearly told me how these type of job consultants organize frauds. The authentic consultant only talks over phone and send you directly in the co for the interview. Its quite natural that a person starts cheating people when he do not find himself capable for anything in business world or job world. I will suggest to all victims to join hands and take legal action..Put your complaints in consumer court. there is no fees charge for fighting the case. If you come to me then i can join hand with you and i will take help of my relatives who are at powerful level in Govt. as well as High court Lawyers and one of them is a Judge of Gujrat High Court and Judicial Magistrate of Kolkata

Hi friends, I facing the same problem . They charged me Rs.1500 on 26th April 13 but till now i did not have a single relevant job for which i was registered. The people at lords building, kolkata are cheating people. i heard that every 100 of people are coming. I thing they must have same problems.
I have gone more than 6 times, called 20 times, mailed to them 5 times. but no solution. I think they are just like beggar and asking or inviting the people for the job interview offer. Please help...

You will find fraud offer listing out many vacancies. but the facts are that either you will not get an interview call at all or will get a call rarely in co like yr local cable operator, tea seller at yr locality, grocery shop etc. now you can think what quality of offers are these. you are wise enough my friend.
Today my cv is placed in HUL by another consultant and he never demanded any fees or to attend his office.This is called a genuine consultant.

ADS is a fraud company. I was registered at ADS on last month. First time when I was met them, from that time I have been some doubt about their honesty, But then also I was registered because I was never mind about that small amount. ADS is very harmful for society. But without any support I cant do anything. Because I dont have spare time. If anyone want to take action against ADS i will with you in all aspect. [protected]

ADS HR Consultancy is 110% fraud. I registered with them in 02nd April2013 with Rs. 5000/- as a Platinum member (without any proper receipt.The only proof with me is the stamped part of their registration form mentioning the amount and a signature). I also got their mail (FIRST ROUND INTERVIEW) initially from some Purnima Mitra. When I went to their office Lord's Building, Lord Sinha Road, 2nd Floor I met Miss Swapna Sikder who had loads of bluffs to tell me. I was promised a constant support for 2 years, atleast 2 or more interview calls per month for 2 years and a formatted resume (The only thing they fulfilled) and a personal mentor. And here I gave away my hard earned 5000 bucks. They were supposed to give the formatted resume within 15 days and start for giving my interview calls in the next few days.But I did not receive a single thing from them. Only my account was activated in the member's login page which was completely blank. When I visited them next on 7th May, they had no answer to my questions. And this time I was meeting Mr. Suman who I think happens to be their resume manager. He is just a sweet talker and is part of the same fraudulent business. He promised me to take action and I was at last delivered my formatted resume after another 3 days...Hurray !!! Hold On !!! That was the last positive thing to happen. I kept making visits to their office and they kept assuring me that everything will be all right and I will soon touch the stars :) :) :) :) .This went on for another 3 visits. On my 4th visit Mr.Suman (The Dickhead) told me flatly that he cannot understand my qualifications and the terms in my CV ( :O it was the same 1 prepared by them... Ha Ha ! actually it was just a copy paste thing done in their format from the cv provided to them by me). He continued - that hence I should come and have to meet his boss the next day. Now his boss was supposed to be having some great plans for me. (Appreciate my patience guys ! I went again the next day) The boss is Mr.Arghya Sarkar... He seemed to be so busy and hardly knew anything about my profile - As soon as Suman referred to me, he picked up the phone and spoke to some one that he is sending a good candidate to them. I was told to make a visit to the supposed office 2 days later. When I went to this prospective employer of mine in saltlake I found the whole office empty except for 1 old fellow sitting at their reception. He said that nobody was present to take interview as everybody was out of station. He asked me to leave my CV and promised I would get a call as soon as people are back at office. When I informed this to Mr Suman, he had only 1 answer - it happens.This was in June.And now its July end. Thank God ! I didn't wasted any more time on them and through some other sources I am now happily employed in a very good organization. Moreover I have also received offers from some topmost companies in the world.
Actually, there was a time in this period when I had started to seriously doubt on myself and my qualifications only. What made it worse was the jobs posted on my ads member's page, they were nowhere even in the touching standards of the organizations I had worked for till that time. And they had promised all top Limited companies to me while duping me with my money. I really used to have this feeling - Is there something really seriously wrong with my profile? Believe me Guys...there was no problem with me. The problem was only with these fraudsters...[censored]s to be right...or dickheads...Actually their standard is very low and that only...they can only provide some petty offers to the freshers that too in the hospitality or banking sectors...they are not at all meant for Experienced Professionals but they don't stop from boasting about themselves ...
I also know more people who have faced similar problems with them. Or just go to their office 1 morning andd you must find 2-3 dissatisfied fellows standing in a queue outside the door ready to fire upon them as soon as allowed inside. Note :- Now they have shifted their office from the 2nd floor to the 5th floor in the same building...
Thus, my suggestion would be NEVER EVER DARE TO CONTACT OR REGISTER YOURSELF WITH ADS CONSULTANCY AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE PAIN...

one of the big problem in us is that when we face problem be become blind and do not search the feedback about the person we are contacting with. this is the reason we trap by fraudulent people, co, consultancy etc. my dear friends whenever you want to go to any consultancy then first check two things:
1. consultancy is calling you for first round interview in their office.
2. your interview is not directly in the any co.
then its a fraud mail which wants to trap you and cheat your hard earned money.
any call is genuine only when anyone ask your permission to send your cv directly to the co without demanding any registeration fees.
when yr cv gets shortlisted then they send you for the interview directly to the co.

hence my dear friends remember my statement and check feedback in google search before attending any consultancy.
ADS is one of them who calls for first round interview in their office because they dont have any vacancy at that time.

Be aware, Be alert, and save your self from cheaters.

This is really right that ADS consutancy is totaly [censored] consultancy. They took money from freshers candidate and promise to give ib opening.they will give job opening with 2-3 years exp.where u will not get any job beacause they will not allow to appear for the interview.
they open this consultancy for making money and chit everyday somany people..

they Promise me to give at least 3 jobs will be provided in a month.I registered their office with 1685.40/- Rs.
After that whenever called them they never answer my call, or receive my call.But when I go their office then they said 'We don't know why you don't receive any call or mail.We will Check it later.'
After Registration I went their But they gave me the same reason.To day When I called them they don't receive my call.
