Dear Sir,
I booked the CRETA vehicle in month of July (much before the vehicle launch date) by paying booking advance of Rs50, 000, till date there is no confirmation from dealer on delivery date. Its more than two and half month and i am receiving the information that it will take another 20 days to get the date of delivery.
We are taking the risk of booking the vehicle in advance (with out seeing or driving) but few people get the advantage of taking the delivery with in one week... not sure the criteria and serious re thinking to cancel the booking. Was this information helpful? |
