This is to inform you that i, joseph tomsy kizhakethil has worked in the same company for 14 months. The following employer has mistakenly marked my details
As absconded in their database during my working days. As a result 2 different uan numbers and employee id's are allotted to me, i didn't got any salary for two months (Credited my 2 month salary on 3rd month). All my leave balance got cancelled because of this, they managed to give me only 8 months work experience where as i worked there for 14 months.

1) the first uan was allotted from the date of joining to the date of absconding.
2) the second uan was allotted from the date of rejoining to the date of exiting the company.

The 2 different uan numbers allotted to me are:-

I was only able to activate my 2nd uan and when i tries to activate my first uan
The portal shows error as date of birth mismatch. Please do help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.
