Aegis Ltd — Claim for my pf

Respected Sir or Madam My Name is Shaik Abdul Sadath I had applied for pf on 16102015 and as per process i am going to receive my pf with in 45 days from the applying date. But when i check my status in online it is showing as NO RECORD FOUND and i had contacted to pf office Hyderabad regarding this issue and the are informing me that they haven't receive any kind of form regarding my application.No one is responding properly i am having some personal issue .My Pf Number is AP HY[protected] So please let me know why this is happening. My SAP ID is 80228736 please resolve my problem. Is this kind of facilities is providing for the ex employee who had given up and serve for a long time. Aegis limited Vijayawada A.P.
