Aeon Credit Service — Applying Late fee while emi deducted on time

I have 2 wheelers loan with aeon. My emi are transfered on time from my bank to aeon. But they are applying late fees on my emis from last 4 months. I have written mail but no resonse received yet.
Plz help in that issue
