I had Provide all Documents that they are Deducted Extra ECS of 3309, from my Account then to they are not Refunding my Amount.

they are telling if i forgot to inform them about any NEFT or payment made to then in same month then to i am liable to pay interest and late payment charges. but when i ask them to provide any legal document where it is mention they are not reverting on it..

i had pay all amount on time and inform them on every time. and there is lack from there side and i had provide all supporting mail for it.. then to they are not refund and accept its there Error.
