Dear Sir/Madam i had purchase a Samsung mobile, for which i had taking loan from above finance, these regarding my amount for Rs.350/-was charge me for ecs return from my account, but the ecs loan amount was clear from my account.i had several corresponding with above company regarding my matter.following corresponding mail detail are as :- MANGESH PATIL AttachmentsSep 26 (12 days ago) to helpdnbs, grievance, customercare dear all, Please find attach copy for your reference, i had paid full & final amount for said loan giving by aeon credit, but rs 350/- dated 10/02/2015 was charge to me regarding payment failed of ecs mandate (attach copy 1 of Aeon Statment) for which my ecs was clear on 07/02/2015 (attach copy 2 my Bank Statment) & copy 3 is the receipt of full payment paid by me dated 11/09/2015. I had visit to Aeon office on 18/09/2015 regarding rs 350/- refund & i was attend by Aeon Customer care miss Deepti assurance me the refund amount will be credit to my account within 7 days, but still the said aomunt has been not credit to my account. This is how the aeon team work with client regarding of my payment.
