The company (Gold souk) had advertised frequently in 2015 in newspapers regarding booking of apartments/ flats

At gold souk golf links, in sohna road, sohna for their project “gold souk golf links (Apartment), sohna”.

The said project lacked environmental clearances and the noc against aravli notification 1992.

There are reasons to believe that there was an intent to defraud us and likewise other investors by the accused persons mentioned in the subject of this letter to eow

Under a conspiracy for which the entire transactions with the accused company right since the inception of the transaction and that the intention was to play
Fraud with the complainant for causing wrongful losses.
