Aerokids Education — Threatening us by telling that they will not provide passing certificate

Hi!
This is ridiculous that the parents are threatened of getting their ward deleted from school.
The franchisee owner Dr.Shipra has been very rude throughout the year and has charged us extra fees too but when asked to the management they said they charged it by mistake.
I mean how can a school charge extra fees if they have a proper management and document for every child.
And now she is threatening us by not giving report card to the child.
I would request to take a serious action on it as she cannot take parents for granted and do whatever she can in the middle of the session.

Threatening parents by saying that your ward will not get report card is a fraud.
