Aeron Pay — I pay credit card bill payment on 13/08/22.all transaction not credited in my credit card.

Sir i payment credit card bills payment on 13 August.all transaction in app showing successful but not credited in credit card. There are 3 payment of 49999 and one payment 17541 and one payment 10000.i many times mail [protected]@aeronpay.in but no response.please help me
