[Resolved]  AES Technologies — Cheating and Worst company in coimbatore

Dear Friends, This is Shanmugam. I was worked in AES Technologies past 2 and half years. I have learned more in AES. But Management was not good. Reasons: 1) Not Giving offer letter for more than one year after joined AES. If you need offer letter you need to BEG them. 2) They are not giving Increment to Employees. 1yr experienced aes technologies employee get 7000 to 9000 per month. But when join new 1yr experienced employee in aes they may get up to 14000 to 16000per month. They are not consider employees and their worries . 3) There is no Good Project Manager and Product Manager (There is no knowledge) 4) More work torchal and also they have seen partiality for all employees. 5) They send employees to client place for this they telling we will give you Allowances and all but they won't provide you anything. 6) There is no casual day leave for 1 year. They will tell you these conditions after you joined there. 7) Before joining they telling you we will put increment in every 6months but they wont provide any increment.they put increment after 1year and more.
