[Resolved]  Ag Office Pension Section Patna — Revised pension DCRG and Family pension

I karu prasad retd. male family welfare worker is complaining for detention of my file which was sent by AG office of Ranchi on 05/11/2013 under application no. [protected], SSA or MEMO No. PR-6/[protected]/RREV/1600/2013-14/19864. The file is pending in pension-9 at AG office patna. I am diabetic patient and unable to walk and other physical activity. After completing the process at this office this file/letter has to be sent to nalanda treasury for further action.
What is the reason for detention of file and what is the time limit of a case.
Copy forwarded to Head office Delhi also. if matter not solved earlier matter will go in patna high court and defaulter staff will be called for .
