Against Loud Noises In Vivekanand Colony — Disturbing Loud music

I am a 3rd year engineering student. I have my exams in next week. But there's so much noise pollution in my area due to some JAGRAN which starts early morning 8 am and doesn't end before 12 midnight. They don't let us sleep nor let us focus on STUDIES. It's considerable during durga puja and ganesh chaturthi but at this time? The peak time for exams of almost all the students. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
