Agarwal Associates (Promoters) Limited, — Payment not received

I bought a flat from this company, Agarwal Associates (Promoters) Limited, 10, New Rajdhani Enclave, Vikas Marg, Delhi-110092. we paid 10% deposit but when we saw the clause we disagreed to sign the contract. so we cancelled it straight away. its been 13 months since we paid the money. now they want to deduct 10% and return after keeping my money for 13 months. I have all my payment details, cancellation form, cheque with which I paid, email, whatsapp messages ect. I dont know how to attach it here please help me out
