With the above packers company I relocated my house hold items from Delhi to Jajpur, Odisha on 1st week of August (2nd August 2021). When I received my products after 5 days my microwave oven (which was new and fully functional) was fully broken. Along with that I have broken induction, cooler, room heater and utensils. My split AC which was working fine before transit, is no more working. I paid him whole amount (32000 rupees) in advance. As a logistics company he should ensure me damage free delivery service but he didn't keep his commitments as company rule.
As a compensation I asked packers for a mutual understanding and pay me only the price of Microwave oven i.e 11000 rupees. But he did not agree to pay that amount too.
Now as a resolution I want the whole amount of relocation i.e 32000 rupees + microwave oven price i.e. 11000 rupees + other damage cost i.e. 20000 rupees. The phone number I was talking to is [protected].
