I had hired the services of agarwal freight for transporting my car from jaipur to hyderabad. Car was picked up from jaipur on 15/01/2018. I was promised that car will be delivered in 5-7 days. Today it is 27/01/2018, i am yet to receive my car. I make dozens of calls everyday and am promised that car will be delivered tomorrow day after tomorrow and so on. I have been patient so far thinking that the nature of transportation services involves some time lapse but now i am seeing callousness and worst service from the transport company. I was asked to make the payment on full immediately after pick of car. Only link is one customer helpline in mumbai who receive my call, tell me that they will call back in sometime, never call back again and another time give a fake commitment. It is an extremely helpless situation for me. This company has a nice website and phone lines, they are very prompt when services are sought from them but once a customer is caught up in their net they make him or her suffer.
Today i. E. On 28/01/2018 again i... Approached to the customer care services and now they are saying that the car is still in pune and will be delivered within 3-4 days. I am very disappointed and frustrated by your services as no one gives proper response some say that car is in indore while others say it is in pune. Your company never followed up it is me who always approached.
The customer care no's [protected], [protected] dont receive the phone calls and when receives dont give a proper reply and we mailed many times on [protected]@agarwalfreight.com but their is no proper response.
Please deliver my car as soon as possible.
