I am writing to raise a serious complaint against Agarwal Transport, Prayagraj (not to be confused with the genuine Agarwal Packers and Movers). I had a terrible experience with their highly unprofessional and misleading service.
On June 8th, 2025, my car was scheduled to be picked up from Prayagraj for transportation to Bangalore, as I had a flight on June 9th. Despite confirming the date and time repeatedly and making multiple follow-up calls and messages, no driver showed up on June 8th.
Under pressure due to my upcoming flight, I was told they would pick it up on June 9th at 8:00 AM. My flight was at 11:00 AM, so I agreed. However, the driver came only at 9:30 AM, causing immense stress and anxiety just hours before my departure.
Even after the pickup, I found out (after repeated follow-ups) that the car was not even loaded for transport until June 12th — 4 days later, with zero transparency or prior intimation.
They promised delivery by June 19th, but I only received the car on June 22nd — and that too, not at my doorstep, as committed. I had to go and collect it from their godown in Bangalore.
To make things worse, the person who was coordinating the transport had no clue the vehicle had even reached Bangalore, and constantly gave false updates and lied repeatedly.
This company operates with:
• No professionalism
• Zero commitment
• Repeated misinformation
• No regard for customer stress or schedule
It is highly unethical and mentally draining for any customer to go through this ordeal after trusting them with a valuable asset like a car.
My Demands:
• An official apology
• Partial refund or compensation for the mental harassment, delay, and false promises
• Warning to be issued against such unprofessional practices
This complaint is being filed to alert other customers and authorities. Do not fall for their name – they are NOT the real Agarwal Packers & Movers and do not offer reliable or responsible service.
