Agarwal Movers Relocation — Goods in damaged condition

I sent a consignment of a table with cast iron base and wooden top from Mumbai to Chennai. On receipt of goods in Chennai we found that the cast iron leg was broken into three pieces. Inspite of lodging complaints through telephone and email there has been no response from the company.

So far there has been no response from Agarwal Movers Relocation. Just shows how such companies get away by cheating the public.
Beware, never use the services of this company.

My humble request to all my friends, DO NOT GO FOR AGARWAL HOME RELOCATION PVT.
LTD. in Pune. The worst service I have ever seen in my life.


1. I have confirmed Rs.11000.00 from Kharadi to Surat, Gujarat. They have
charged 17000 to my parents (because i was out of country): SHAME ON YOU

2. The deal was to take the house hold goods from kharadi
and load it to my house in Surat
... they have released the entire House hold goods on road and left. My old
parents is now not able to lift all those and put in the house: SHAME ON YOU

3. I have given my house hold goods on 26 Jan 2014 and they
have delivered it on 3rd Feb 2014 ([censored] G 8 days), where the deal was to deliver it on
same day.


4. I have paid for separate truck but they have put my house
hold with some body’s goods and they have transferred entire house hold goods
for 3 times and shifted to more then 2 vehicles. Just assuming the situation of
my house hold items after getting shifted from 2 -3 vehicles.


5. THEY LOST MY 4 CHAIRS:
SHAME ON YOU AGARAVALS


6. The crew (ONLY ONE GUY) who came along IS not at all
friendly, they have INSULTED MY OLD PARENTS: SHAME ON YOU AGARAWALS.


I have got so many cheap offers in pune, but I have got
reference of AGARWALS hence I have paid more money and taken this very crap
service.


THIS IS THE SICKEST SERVICE IN PUNE, I WOULD RECOMMEND TO
ALL MY PUNEKERS TO GO FOR ANY SMALL BUSINESS MOVERS RATHER THEN TO USE ‘AGARWAL
HOME RELOCATION PVT. LTD.’

Very bad service. They have quoted one rate and after loading the items on to the truck they are demanding more. They have quoted to unload the stuffs at the destination. But they never did that and I had to get it done separately and had to pay 6000 extra just for unloading. These guys are just damn cheaters.
Lessons learnt

1. Before packing and loading the stuffs make sure that you communicate to them that you will pay only half the agreed amount and advance and rest only on completion of the work.
2. They will ask you to pay the balance to the driver of the truck. Never agree to that. It means they will not unload the stuffs at destination.
3.Make sure that the logistics company have their own vehicles for transportation.
4. If you are taking insurance never take it through the logistics guys they will just take money from you and will not actually pay the insurance company.

Overall "Agarwal movers relocation " company is a total fraud... Never take a service from them..

Please do not book your service from Agarwal Mover Relocation. They are just fake people. They dont have atticates to talk. Lack of information...
No reponse over the phone. No reply, nothing.
I am just going to submit a complaint on higher scale.so that the company should realise and suffer.
