I booked shifting of my house holds from Rajpura, Punjab to Udaipur to Visakhapattanam in a single vehicle.
On dated 6/04/2025, One vehicle TG08-1040 loaded my house holds for Udaipur (Rajsthan GC Number 4951123) and remaining for Vishakhapatnam (Andrapradesh, GC Number 4951122). After loading of households, I locked container.
• At Chandigarh/Zirakpur, people unloaded my household o[censored]daipur without my permission and informed me that they will be sending by another vehicle and remaining households will go direct for Vizag. I objected and confronted that why without my permission households were unloaded? I was not knowing their interest or monitoring benefits. They are behaving like an unprofessional person who don't have sense of talking with their customers.
• On date 09/04/2025 vehicle TG08-1040 reached Udaipur night around 7 pm at my house. When truck door was opened, I saw my all households were in rearranged condition in container.
• During unloading at Udaipur, 04 packages were found missing. After checking container, it was found one third party material (one old Samsung AC indoor unit) among my house holds. Same I denied receiving.
• This is clear that they mixed some third-party material, loaded/unloaded on the mid way. My households may be unloaded at third party point while his material by mistake left in my households. These all happened due to poor workmanship and of Chandigarh office irresponsible peoples.
I have been following up since 3 months regularly.
The cost of missing households was around Rs 55000/- or more.
They offered Rs 5000/- later 8000/- and latest 12000/- only.
This company is a big cheater how badly dealing with customer complaints that need to address please.
