Agarwal Packers And Movers Ltd/ Apml — Non despatch of Consignment and lack of transparency GC No: GCBSR[protected]

Regarding the transport of a 4-wheeler from Bhubaneswar to Visakhapatnam(a distance of around 460kms), I have engaged the services of APML. As per the Quotation(QUBSR[protected] provided by their team on 17/02/2022, the total transit time including the pick-up and delivery would be around 4-5 days. I have confirmed the booking and made 100% payment on 24/02/2022 (Invoice/Bill No: BOSOR[protected]. As per the APML executive Mr. Baidyanath, who picked up the vehicle from GINGER Hotel, Bhubaneswar on 24/02/2022 at around 4pm, the vehicle delivery should happen within 7days time from the date of booking i.e the Consignment(GC No: GCBSR[protected] should have been delivered on or before 03/03/2022. The APML’s online tracking portal shows the booking date as 25/02/2022 instead of the actual date which is 24/02/2022, confirmed by their invoice.

On 03/03/2022 at around 11am, when I call the Customer Care of APML on [protected], they tell me that the vehicle is still at their Bhubaneswar hub and hasn’t been despatched yet due to non-availability of Carrier truck. No information in any form has been provided to me regarding the non-despatch or the ensuing delay. However, a new commitment has been provided to me by the APML delivery escalation team executive Ms.Tripali that the delivery of consignment would happen on or before 07/03/2022, although no guarantee could be provided.

Kindly, make sure that the delivery of my Consignment happens within the promised date, which is 07/03/2022 in the very same intact condition that it had been picked up by the APML executive barring the mileage which is acceptable.
