Agarwal Shifting Solutions — i am complaining about my consignment which was picked up on 28 feb; consignment no. 1010

My consignment consisting of 13 items (Including tv, fridge and other house hold goods) was picked from my home location in chandannagore (District - hooghly, pin 712136) on 28t feb 2018 and was to deliver to location at delhi motinagar pin 110015 by 5th march 2018. As per communication i had made 50% of the total amount after pickup and the rest balance was to be made after delivery of my item safely to my location, its 12th march i still haven't recieved my goods and none of the people are giving us any information/ status of my goods, speaking filthy language and ignoring calls. I also recently discover that the information mentioned about their website is fake which is agarwalpackingmoving.in. I was hoping i the consumer forum might help me out.
