Recently I have sent a consignment from Gurgaon to Cuttack through Aggarwalpacker.in (Bade bhaiya), Initially the Gurgaon branch has committed we will deliver your goods within 1 week from date of picking. After multiple communication and waited 21 days then they have delivered the goods with all damaged goods (Damage estimation around 1 Lakhs), I have communicated to Gurgaon branch and as well as Hyderabad. Initially they told me take screen shot of all damage goods and send email to claim department and claim team will process the claim amount, after seen all damage good they are responding my call and as well as email.
https://www.agarwalpackers.in/ is too unprofessional and fraud. Before taking their service think 100 times. It is totally fraud company.
sales person Manjeet (Gurgaon branch) and Claim person Naveen(Hyderabad ) are fraud.
I have lost my all goods. Final words they people are totally fraud and useless.
