i joined aegis as cre for ubi as per norms i got calls honeswtly but one day a customer named:mohit maheswari gave call.after complete process and resolution he started abusing .i comlained my supervisor that customer is abusing and making repeat call even after resolution supervisor told me to release the call as instructed to me i released call regularly but unfortunately after repeat call disconnection i also repeated at the call due to which i was given movement to other process but when i refuised they terminated me from my post and made me sigended for resignation since it was ztp case know i m jobless and unable to survive for my family Was this information helpful? |
