Aggressive Street Dog — Aggressive street dog becoming threat

I'm resident of Gayatri Apartment Opposite Tandul Bazar Parmatma Park Chandansar Virar East. There are 3 street dogs near my building and 1 out of them is male dog dark brown in color has become very aggressive. 2 days back it was about to attack a 6 yrs old child and today it was about to attack an elder both the times people around them saved them but he is becoming a threat to people also he keeps biting other dogs and spoiling vehicles Parked nearby causing damage to people's property. he can seriously harm anyone anytime soon. I request you to please help us and either relocate him or do the needful as soon as possible.
