I purchased 18 inch by 12 inch tiles (31 boxes) of AGL tiles from Sudarshan Marble Tiles, Wagholi, Pune. Order was placed on 08-Oct and delivered on 11-Oct that too after several follow-ups. When boxes were opened for installation on 12-Oct, several tiles were broken at the corners.
When we took damaged boxes/tiles, Sudarshan representatives told us no replacement will be provided by them and we should have checked quality of all 31 boxes upon delivery by opening each and every one of them. Upon further discussions we were told we should not have bought ceramic tiles in first place. We were also told that Sudarshan Tiles is not interested in selling of 18 by 12 inch tiles in first place and were keeping them on display ONLY because AGL asks them to do so.
Furthermore, we were threatened by Mr Ravinder Singh to leave their premises.
We purchased tiles considering AGL is a trusted brand name BUT seems actions of your suppliers are contrary to your vision and business practices. Ordinary buyers like myself are getting swindled in the name of AGL brand. Was this information helpful? |
