Agoda provides terrible customer service. I had a booking with agoda for two rooms in hotel cambay sapphire, neemrana.
Services in hotel were pathetic making worst of my ever experience for a weekend getaway.
Hotel did not had anything in place or available which was mentioned on their website. Horrible room services and nothing (And i include even the doorbell of room) was working.
I marked down the review for hotel as there is no way to reach out to agoda for lodging a complaint. But there is no response or follow up from their side to know the reason or details. Agoda is website selling useless hotel options. Was this information helpful? |
