Dear Agoda Flights/ Customer Care,

I hope this email finds you in good. I recently booked a flight with VietJet Airline Flights using the reference numbers [[protected] and[protected]], and I'm writing to ask for a refund. The flight was slated for June 2nd, 2023.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances in my health, I had to cancel my travel plans and was unable to take the flight as originally scheduled. I also submitted my medical document to process my refund request ahead. I understand that the airline has its refund policy in place, and I would like to initiate the process to request a refund for the unused ticket.

You give me the assurance that I will get my refund in 90 days after the cancellation process is initiated. It has been more than 90 days since my cancellation request with you and I keenly observe that after 60 days you also didn’t follow up or give me any notification regarding my flight cancellation requests. I respectfully ask that you help me through the refund procedure and give me the data and forms I need to start the refund request as soon as feasible.

Please give this issue your immediate attention and respond as soon as possible with details on how to handle my refund request. Although I am aware that processing periods can vary as you promised for 90 days, I am hoping to learn more about the current state of my return as soon as feasible.
